アイコンリソースの追加およびプロジェクトスキーム名の変更によりMacアプリとしての体裁を強化

- アプリのアイコン画像と対応するContents.jsonを新規追加し、Mac向けに各種解像度をサポート
- プロジェクトのスキーム名とターゲット名を「OreCalendarMac」から「OreCalendar」へ統一
- Makefileのビルドターゲットも新スキーム名に合わせて修正
